Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). The total shown at checkout, including any applicable sales tax, is the final amount you will be charged. There are no hidden fees or surcharges added after purchase.

When You Are Charged

Payment is authorized and captured at the time you place your order. All orders are subject to payment verification before dispatch. If a payment cannot be verified, we will contact you and the order may be held or cancelled.

Payment Security

Checkout takes place over a secure, encrypted SSL/TLS connection. Payment card details are processed by our third-party payment providers and are not stored in full on our servers. We do not collect or store your card data over non-secure connections.

Volume Discounts

Volume discounts are applied automatically in your cart: 5% off for 2 vials and 10% off for 3 or more vials, across any mix of compounds. No discount code is required. The discounted total is shown before you confirm payment.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check your card details and available funds or try an alternative accepted payment method. Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed and verified.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and Order Cancellation Policy.
