1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Pepticore.co. This website is owned and operated by Renaissance Wave LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use this website or purchase products from us.

2. Intended Use & Research Compliance

All compounds and materials available on Pepticore.co are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not offered as products approved by the FDA or any regulatory agency for human or veterinary use, clinical administration, food, drugs, cosmetics, or household applications.

By purchasing from us, the buyer certifies and warrants that:

  • They are a qualified professional researcher, institutional buyer, university representative, or laboratory professional.
  • They possess the necessary equipment, safety protocols, and knowledge to handle research chemicals safely.
  • The products will be used exclusively for lawful laboratory research and will not be used, resold, or distributed for human or animal consumption, administration, therapeutic treatment, or diagnostic purposes.

3. Age and Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement to purchase from Pepticore.co. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet our age and professional research eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to request additional information to verify eligibility before fulfillment. If an order cannot be fulfilled because eligibility requirements are not met, any payment collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Pricing, Orders, and Payment Terms

All prices listed on Pepticore.co are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices, product offerings, or catalog availability. Any applicable taxes and the total amount payable are displayed at checkout before you submit your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Google Pay (on compatible devices and browsers). Your payment method will be authorized and charged when the order is successfully placed. Renaissance Wave LLC is the merchant of record and appears on your payment statement.

5. Shipping, Dispatch, and Risk of Loss

Orders are stored, prepared, and fulfilled from our warehouse in Fontana, California.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, enter same-day processing. Processing typically takes 0–1 business day; same-day dispatch is not guaranteed. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Free tracked USPS shipping is applied to every eligible order, with no minimum purchase required. USPS transit typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total delivery time of 2–4 business days, including processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

We currently ship only to eligible street addresses within the 50 United States. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight-forwarding addresses. Product and state-specific restrictions may apply.

If tracking indicates a lost shipment or you have not received your order, contact contact@pepticore.co so we can investigate with the carrier. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable law.

6. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Due to the chain-of-custody and controlled-handling requirements of research-use-only laboratory materials, we do not accept preference-based returns or exchanges after dispatch. Products that have been opened, unsealed, improperly handled, or incorrectly stored are not eligible for return or refund. These restrictions do not exclude claims concerning items that arrive damaged, defective, tampered with, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If your shipment arrives damaged, defective, tampered with, or contains an incorrect item, contact contact@pepticore.co within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, vial, label, and external packaging. We may request a video or additional information where reasonably necessary to review and verify the claim.

Once a claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer an appropriate replacement or a full refund to the original payment method at no additional cost. Approved refunds are submitted within 1 business day. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch or handover to USPS. Contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to USPS, cancellation is no longer available.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Renaissance Wave LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for damages resulting from the misuse, improper storage, or improper handling of products purchased from Pepticore.co.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renaissance Wave LLC from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your breach of these Terms of Service or misuse of the materials purchased.

Nothing in this section limits the replacement or refund commitments described in Section 6 and our Return & Refund Policy, or excludes any rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and agreements under which we provide products or services are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
