Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Because we dispatch same-day for orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days, the window to cancel is short. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled and is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation
