Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Research-Use-Only Materials
Due to the chain-of-custody and controlled-handling requirements of research-use-only laboratory materials, all sales are final once an order has been dispatched.
We do not accept preference-based returns or exchanges after dispatch. Products that have been opened, unsealed, improperly handled, or incorrectly stored are not eligible for return or refund.
This restriction does not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, tampered with, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged, defective, tampered with, or contains an incorrect item, contact
contact@pepticore.co
within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product, vial, label, and external packaging
- A video where reasonably necessary to demonstrate the issue
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to review and verify the claim.
Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer an appropriate replacement or a full refund to the original payment method at no additional cost.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 1 business day.
After the refund has been submitted, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account. This processing time is controlled by the financial institution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched or handed over to USPS.
Contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Although we will make every reasonable effort to process your request, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has been handed over to USPS.
