Returns
Products sold by Pepticore are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes.
To protect product integrity, quality standards, and batch traceability, we do not accept returns of products that have been shipped, delivered, or opened.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
To help us investigate your request, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the package and product
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lost Shipments
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your financial institution, processing times typically range from 5 to 10 business days after the refund has been initiated.
