Treat every peptide as a laboratory chemical. Use appropriate protective equipment, follow your facility’s chemical hygiene procedures and dispose of unused material according to applicable regulations.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required. We currently ship only to eligible street addresses within the 50 United States. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Product and state restrictions may apply.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, enter same-day processing. Processing takes approximately 0–1 business day, and same-day dispatch is not guaranteed. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

After dispatch, USPS transit typically takes 2–3 business days. Including our 0–1 business-day processing time, estimated total delivery is approximately 2–4 business days from the order date. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

No. Due to the chain-of-custody and controlled-handling requirements of research-use-only laboratory materials, we do not accept preference-based returns after an order has been dispatched. Damaged, defective, tampered with, or incorrect items remain eligible for review under our Return & Refund Policy.

You may request a free cancellation before your order is dispatched or handed over to USPS. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@pepticore.co. Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Contact contact@pepticore.co within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 1 business day. Your bank or payment provider may then require 5–10 business days to post the funds.

You can check our public Certificate Vault. Testing methods and documentation availability vary by product and lot, and not every product or lot has a publicly available Certificate of Analysis. If a document is not listed, contact us with the product name and, when available, the exact lot reference to ask what documentation is available.

No. A Certificate of Analysis is a laboratory quality document. It does not constitute a safety approval and does not make a product suitable for use in humans or animals.
