The short version
Every peptide sold on Pepticore.co is manufactured and sold strictly as a laboratory research chemical. Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they are not approved, evaluated, or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use in humans or animals. They are sold only to qualified researchers, laboratories, and institutions that agree, at the point of purchase, to handle them exclusively as non-clinical, in-vitro research material.
If you are looking for FDA-approved, prescription peptide medication for personal health use, Pepticore is not the right source — please consult a licensed physician or pharmacist instead.
What “Research Use Only” means at Pepticore
“Research Use Only” (RUO) is a labelling and marketing category, not a loophole. It means a product is manufactured and sold for non-clinical, in-vitro laboratory research — for example, biochemical analysis, cell-culture studies, analytical method development, and academic or industrial research and development. RUO material has not been evaluated for safety, sterility, or efficacy in living humans or animals, has not undergone the clinical trial process, and carries none of the manufacturing controls (such as current Good Manufacturing Practice for finished drugs) that apply to an approved medication.
At Pepticore, every vial we ship is produced, tested, and labelled to that standard, and every listing in our catalog exists for one purpose: to supply qualified researchers with consistent, lot-documented material for laboratory use. Nothing on this site is intended, formulated, dosed, or marketed for administration to a person or an animal, and no statement anywhere on Pepticore.co should be read as instructions for human or veterinary use.
Not a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or medical device
Not a drug under the FD&C Act
Under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, a “drug” includes any article intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent disease, or to affect the structure or function of the body. Pepticore’s products are not marketed with any such intended use, and none of our peptides carry FDA approval for human administration.
Not a dietary supplement under DSHEA
Our products are not formulated, labelled, or sold as dietary supplements under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994. They do not carry Supplement Facts panels, are not intended to supplement the diet, and are not eligible to be marketed under DSHEA’s structure/function claim framework.
Not a cosmetic or medical device
No Pepticore product is intended for topical application to the human body for cleansing, beautifying, or altering appearance, and none is a diagnostic or therapeutic instrument, apparatus, or implant. Our products fall outside both regulatory categories entirely.
Who is allowed to purchase from Pepticore
We sell to individuals and organisations that intend to use our products for legitimate, non-clinical laboratory research, and who are legally able to purchase laboratory chemicals in their jurisdiction. This includes:

Research departments, graduate programmes, and affiliated laboratories.
Biotech and pharma companies
Organisations conducting analytical, preclinical, or formulation research.
Independent and contract labs
Qualified researchers with appropriate training, equipment, and safety protocols.
Purchasers aged 21 or over
We do not sell to minors under any circumstances, regardless of stated purpose.
What we ask at checkout
Every order on Pepticore.co requires the buyer to affirmatively acknowledge, before payment can be completed, that they are at least 21 years old, that they are purchasing for legitimate research purposes only, that they will not administer the product to a human or animal in any form, and that they accept our Terms of Service in full. We reserve the right to request additional information about a buyer’s research affiliation, to decline any order, and to cancel and refund an order where we reasonably believe it is intended for human use.
Uses that are strictly prohibited
By purchasing from Pepticore, the buyer agrees not to use our products for any of the following, regardless of quantity purchased or stated intent:
- Injecting, ingesting, inhaling, or otherwise administering any product to a human being, for any reason.
- Administering any product to an animal, including in a veterinary or personal-pet context.
- Compounding, reformulating, or repackaging our products into a finished drug, supplement, or cosmetic.
- Reselling our products as, or alongside marketing that implies, a treatment, therapy, or supplement.
- Use in human clinical trials or investigations without independent IRB approval and a valid IND.
- Any use that violates federal, state, or local law applicable to the buyer’s jurisdiction.
Violation of these terms voids any warranty, may result in the buyer being permanently barred from future purchases, and is the sole legal responsibility of the buyer — not Pepticore or Renaissance Wave LLC.
Manufacturing, purity testing, and certificates of analysis
Every peptide we sell is synthesised in our own U.S. facility in California — we do not outsource synthesis to third-party manufacturers, which means we control and can document the full production history of every lot.
Each production lot is independently verified by a third-party laboratory using HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) for purity and mass spectrometry for identity confirmation, before it is released for sale. The resulting Certificate of Analysis is tied to the specific lot number printed on your vial — not a generic, product-level document — and is published in our certificate vault for independent review.
A Certificate of Analysis documents chemical identity and purity. It is a laboratory quality record, not a safety approval, and it does not make any product suitable for human or animal use.
Minimum purity standard
Every lot is tested before release. Results are published per lot, never averaged across a product line.

Pepticore is operated by Renaissance Wave LLC, a company registered in California. All products listed on Pepticore.co are synthesised, lyophilised, and sealed at our own facility in California, USA. We do not source finished product from overseas manufacturers.

Nothing on Pepticore.co — including product titles, descriptions, images, search advertising, or customer support responses — is intended to state or imply that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents any disease or condition in a human or animal, or that it enhances athletic performance, appearance, weight, mood, sleep, or any other physiological outcome in a person.
Any language elsewhere on our site referencing a compound’s studied biological activity describes published, third-party laboratory or animal-model research literature for scientific context only. It is not a claim about what the product will do for a person who uses it, and it is not intended as, and must not be relied upon as, medical, health, or dosing advice.
The federal laws that govern how we operate
FD&C Act and the “intended use” doctrine (21 U.S.C. § 321(g))
Under federal law, a chemical’s legal status turns heavily on how it is marketed, not just its molecular structure. This is why we control our marketing language closely: how we describe a product determines whether the FDA would treat it as an unapproved drug. We keep our listings, images, and communications limited to research and laboratory context for this reason.
Not evaluated by the FDA
None of our products have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety or effectiveness in humans or animals, and none are approved for that use. Some peptide compounds referenced in the medical and compounding-pharmacy literature — including BPC-157 and TB-500 — currently appear on the FDA’s list of bulk drug substances that compounding pharmacies may not use to prepare medication for patients, which further reinforces why these materials are sold by Pepticore for laboratory research only, and never for human administration.
FTC Act, Section 5 — truthful advertising
The Federal Trade Commission prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in commerce, including unsubstantiated health or efficacy claims. We design our marketing to meet this standard: no disease claims, no structure/function claims, and no implied human-use instructions anywhere on our site.
Controlled Substances Act
None of the peptides currently listed on Pepticore.co are scheduled controlled substances under the federal Controlled Substances Act. This does not change any of the restrictions above — buyers remain fully responsible for confirming the legal status of any compound in their own state before purchasing.
State and regional rules we monitor and follow
Research-chemical and peptide regulation is one of the fastest-moving areas of U.S. state law. Beyond federal rules, all 50 states and the District of Columbia maintain their own consumer protection and unfair-or-deceptive-trade-practice statutes, and several states are actively legislating around peptide sale and distribution. We track these developments and adjust our practices as they change. Below are the state-specific items most relevant to how we do business today.
Home state and Prop 65
As a California-registered, California-manufacturing business, we comply with California’s own consumer protection and false-advertising statutes (Business & Professions Code §§ 17200 and 17500) in addition to federal law. Where applicable, we provide Proposition 65 warnings for chemicals known to the state to cause cancer or reproductive harm, in line with the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act.
Peptide dispensing statute (La. R.S. 37:23.5)
Louisiana has enacted specific legislation governing how licensed healthcare providers and compounding pharmacies may dispense peptides as medication. That framework applies to clinical dispensing and does not apply to Pepticore: we are not a healthcare provider, prescriber, or compounding pharmacy, and we do not dispense any product for administration to a patient.
Consumer protection and UDAP statutes
Every state maintains an Unfair or Deceptive Acts and Practices (UDAP) law governing advertising accuracy, pricing, and order fulfilment. We hold our listings, checkout process, and customer communications to the strictest applicable state standard, not just the federal minimum.
Our commitment on emerging state law: because research-chemical legislation continues to change at the state level, we do not attempt to list every possible state restriction here as a static, unchanging list. Instead, we actively monitor state legislative activity, and we reserve the right to restrict, delay, or decline shipment of any product to any state or buyer where we reasonably believe the sale would violate state law — regardless of what a buyer has represented to us. Buyers remain independently responsible for confirming that purchase, possession, and use of a given compound is lawful in their own state before ordering.

Accurate, on-time fulfilment
Under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we ship what you order within the timeframe stated at checkout, or notify you promptly of any delay with the option to cancel for a full refund.
Truthful documentation
You are entitled to the accurate, lot-specific Certificate of Analysis for the exact product you receive, published in our certificate vault — never a generic or substituted report.
Refunds and disputes
Our Return & Refund Policy and Payment Policy set out how order issues, damaged shipments, and billing disputes are resolved.
Assumption of risk and liability
By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms they are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a qualified research entity, that they have the training, equipment, and facilities to handle laboratory chemicals safely, and that they assume full legal and safety responsibility for the storage, handling, use, and disposal of any product they receive.
Pepticore and Renaissance Wave LLC are not liable for any injury, loss, or legal consequence arising from a buyer’s misuse of a product outside its stated research purpose, including any use in or on a human or animal. Age verification and account responsibility
Pepticore.co is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under the age of 21. Checkout requires an affirmative 21-and-over and research-purpose acknowledgment for every order, and we may request additional verification before an order ships.
Account holders are responsible for all orders placed through their account and for ensuring their shipping address and stated use remain accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account associated with a misrepresented purchase, a chargeback filed in bad faith, or a suspected violation of this Disclaimer or our Terms of Service.
Changes to this disclaimer
